What's in a name?

People have been asking what REVO stands for. Simple, it's short for revolution. Your revolution, dear clients and clients-to-be.

Together, you and Revo Fit will work together to improve how you work, think, eat and rest. Increase your strengh level and decrease your stress level. And, of course, kick some butt in the process.

This is revolution on a micro, as opposed to macro level. Revo's goal is to better you, not the world (well ok, maybe the Twin Cities and surrunding suburbs). This is not a revolution where you need to raise your fist and yell, though you may want to.

"Big talk Revo, but how exactly do I accomplish all this?"
