Congrats to Dave Gustafson!

Congratulations goes out to Dave Gustafson, 68, for pulling his goal weight of 225 lbs.!

How'd he do it? Patience, persistence and periodization.

Patiience: This is not something he accomplished after a week of training. We set an overall goal of 225lbs. and then set micro goals that moved him to reaching his main objective. This happened over several months.

Persistence: Dave is consistent. Both with his workouts with Steve and his workouts at home. He's also very diligent about his eating.

Periodization: Simply a way to organize a training routine towards a certain goal. Again, setting and realizing smaller goals toward accomplishing your main goal.

Age is NEVER an excuse to live your life deconditioned. Dave is a great example of this.
